Princess Street Promenade welcomes 100+ businesses and community groups for a day of fun and discovery as they bring their interesting wares, exciting activities, exclusive sales and more to Princess Street! And this time we're taking things to a whole new level with a free outdoor concert!

A Princess St. Promenade like never before!

For the first time ever, the Princess Street Promenade is offering students a big, vibrant welcome back by extending the festivities from day to night. From 10 AM to 5 PM, stroll the car-free street and dive into a celebration of local shops, delicious eats, and family-friendly fun.

Then, from 6 PM to 9 PM, the party moves to the stage at Princess and Ontario St. with a FREE live show by Lukas Oak, Kyra and local indie rock favourites, Kasador!!

There is something for everyone to enjoy!

What to expect at the next Princess St. Promenade?

Promenade is a one-day festival that promotes active living and community involvement in the downtown. Many will remember some of the amazing activities from Promenades past, and downtown businesses and community groups are sure to amaze again!

Meet the Artists

Catch these incredble local musicians on Princess and Ontario St. from 6 PM to 9PM

Kasador

Kingston’s own high-energy indie rock band, closing out the night with their signature rousing sound that’s sure to get the crowd moving.

Kyra

A captivating local singer-songwriter whose heartfelt melodies and dynamic vocal range bring passion and authenticity to every performance.

Lukas Oak

At just 14, Lukas turned heads at this summer’s Kingston Buskers Rendezvous, where judges handpicked him to open the festival’s finale. His soulful talent is not to be missed.

Downtown Kingston is celebrating by taking it to the streets!

Getting to the Promenade

We encourage visitors to choose alternative transportation options like biking or public transit. If you prefer driving, Hanson Memorial Garage has over 290 spots available. Street parking or off-street parking lots are also good options. 

This street festival just keeps getting better.
