Movies in the Square

Mark your calendars for the first movie night on June 25 with special op screenings on June 18th.
Thursday nights throughout the summer, Springer Market Square is transformed into an outdoor movie theatre, with films projected on a giant inflatable screen. Bring your friends and family, grab a blanket or lawn chairs, and settle in for an unforgettable movie experience. The Movies in the Square start time is not exact. We wait for dusk for optimal viewing.

The Star Lounge is a reserved seating experience at Movies in the Square, offering a prime viewing location and a relaxed way to enjoy movies under the stars. Sit back in a comfortable inflatable lounger and enjoy freshly popped popcorn and a cold drink, all included with your ticket.
This year, we’re introducing new seating to make your experience even more comfortable.

Tickets for the Star Lounge are $10 per person

A movie without popcorn is like Han without Chewie, still pretty awesome, but not epic! Freshly popped popcorn and canned drinks are availalbe to purchase at every movie. Popcorn is $2, drinks are $1. Special thank you to our drink supplier, Coke Canada Bottling - Kingston.

Not everybody loves popcorn. We are as shocked as you, but we aim to please. So, for those of you with more of a sweet tooth, cotton candy is now available for just $4!
