Kingston Transit

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations 

A network of public electric vehicle charging stations is available throughout the City at municipal facilities, parking lots, and at some on-street parking locations. Several of these locations are located in the downtown area. Click for a map of available stations in the City of Kingston

The City's public EV charging stations are operated through the Flo Network and will consist of Level 2 and Level 3 chargers. To use a Flo charging station download the mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.

Parking 

Parking in downtown Kingston couldn’t be easier – with nearly 1000 on-street spaces in the BIA boundary and nearly 2000 spaces in the surrounding public lots, there are plenty of options to choose from. On-street parking ranges from $1.50 to $2 per hour and most parking lots are $1.50 per hour. City of Kingston lots and privately owned lots also offer monthly parking at reasonable rates within the downtown core area. HonkMobile App

You can now use the HonkMobile app to find and pay for parking in many of the surface lots. Honk lets you pay for parking from the comfort of your vehicle when you arrive in the lot. You can also use it to add more parking time if you need it from wherever you may be. 

How it Works

Download the HonkMobile app. Find the app on Google Play or the App Store.

Set up your account. Add as many vehicles and payment sources as you like to your profile.

Use HonkMobile to pay for your parking in most downtown municipal parking lots and accessible on-street parking spaces. Available parking lots are shown on the map below and are displayed in the HonkMobile app. Please note that other on-street parking is not supported by Honk.

Available at these parking lots: Barrack, Drury, Frontenac, Angrove, Springer Memorial, McKee Memorial, Armstrong Memorial, King/Queen, Ontario/Brock, and Upper & Lower Robert Bruce. For more information, click here.
